Rich History

1978 marks the establishment of Walltracts L.L.C. in Dubai, United Arab Emirates as a provider of soft-furnishings.

Today Walltracts executes interior furnishings which encompass window solutions, floor & wall coverings, fabrics for drapery & upholstery, and acoustic systems for Corporate offices, Private Properties, Healthcare Facilities, Educational Institutes, and Hotels & Resorts.

By virtue of dedication and continuous self-reflection we have thrived to become a paragon in our field and have expanded both our scope of operations and reach within the region.

WALLTRACTS today is spread throughout the Middle East and India with multiple offices. With branches in India, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates our projects are points of reference within the industry.
As an interior fit-out contractor, we have completed over 1,000 prestigious projects in the Middle East and India, including the emblematic Burj-Khalifa & Burj -al-Arab in Dubai.

"Walltracts is a furnishing contractor that had humble beginnings in 1978 in a region of the world which had started to benefit from the deposits of crude oil and natural gas. This new found fortune would help propel many of the cities in the region to levels of growth that no one could have foreseen; fortunately Walltracts was in a position to have been an integral part in most of the prestigious projects in the UAE.

Realizing that India was prepped for a growth spurt the management decided to setup a branch in Mumbai. The objective was to provide the same level of service and quality that had been offered to the discerning customers in the UAE. This set well with the customers in India who had been waiting for a professional organization to fulfill their needs in the interiors market.

As a result Walltracts now has branches in most major metro cities in India, and an extensive list of satisfied customers. In the 3 decades of Walltracts’ dynamic growth a wealth of knowledge and experience has been accumulated in the form of a dedicated knowledgeable workforce. This has been a pillar for our non-stop growth in the Indian and Middle East market and will help us gain access to any market where experience and a penchant for customer satisfaction is a necessity."

Green Commitments

"A green commitment must start from within."

This has required Walltracts to reduce the waste it creates from activities within the office and from materials installed on sites.

Walltracts was able to reduce the waste in the office by intiating procedures such as shifting towards a paperless office with the help of its inhouse ERP system CREDO.
We also ensure that our quantification is done ensuring that minimum wastage occurs from the production and that all waste is recycled or reused where possible.
Walltracts has also begun to promote green products most of which are LEED certified.

Our promotions of these products help us educate our Clients and ensure that they make the right choice when choosing a product for their projects.

Our Quality Policy

Our suppliers are leading firms in their respective industries that conform to several quality-management commissions, some of which include:

The International Standard Organization (ISO),
OEKO-TEX 100 (testing textiles for harmful substances),
American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM),
European Norms (EN) and the German Institute for Standardization (DIN).

We also take pride in being one of the first Interior organizations in the United Arab Emirates to be awarded the esteemed ISO-9001: an industry standard reached for being a "model for quality assurance in production, installation and servicing".

Walltracts was also a part of the Dubai Quality Group and participated in the majority of their programs.

Our service does not end after the completion of the project for we are always on call to assist you with any queries or repairs. We uphold our motto, Setting New Standards, by constantly making changes based on valuable customer feedback. However we never cease to remember that consistency is a key component within every competitive industry where competitors emerge and fall on a daily-basis. Therefore we always use quality documents (records of installment procedures) which guide our installations in order to standardize our high-quality operations. Thus conveying to the client that no matter what happens around the industry our refined touch remains the same; as it has for nearly five decades now.
